Eligible for Refund

  • βœ… Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • βœ… Service not as described

Not Eligible for Refund

  • ❌ After 14 days from initial subscription
  • ❌ Renewal payments (can be canceled for future billing)
  • ❌ Partial months or unused credits
  • ❌ Account violations or terms of service breaches
  • ❌ One-time credit top-ups (after credits are used)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credits used before refund will be deducted from the refund amount at our standard rates.
